My dad is in the hospital. He was in a diabetic coma for two days before he woke. Now he barely knows who I am. He has some sort of infection in his brain. I'm worried because if they don't figure out what the infection is, he could die or be brain damaged for the rest of his life. It hurts to look at him and ask what my name is and see him struggle and some times not figure it out. He was worse mentally yesterday than the day before when he woke up. they got him in a chair yesterday though.
It hurts and I'm scared, and, if he doesn't get better, I'm the only one that can take care of him without it completely disrupting my life, but I still want to have a life.
His mother came over from California and is trying to take over. She can't do that... she doesn't know him that well and she agitates him more than anyone else. I know because his heart rate is higher when she is around than when it's just me, dragon, and mom. I hate her.
